They didn’t cook at your first temperature bc you covered them. Cornish hens are best cooked uncovered. At 375 they are done in 45 minutes.

Hii! I worked in the restaurant industry for four - five years and also a home cook. I would suggest that next time- mix all the spices together and then distribute evenly to the hens. Also, leave them uncovered so the heat from the oven can actually blaze the skin and create the crispy exterior. Put the garlic inside it not around, tie the legs so they retain internal moisture cause you didn’t cut them open im assuming it was dry. But great attempt 👍🏼

If you’re an “expert” then why are you here 🤨clicked just to give advice ? I don’t see any cooking videos on your channel. Everyone is a home cook 😂 doesn’t mean you know how to

I love sprinkling chicken bouillon on to chicken before it's cooked. It does absolute wonders. I'm not ashamed to say I use powdered chicken bouillon as a seasoning for meat. And let me tell you if you add a little bit to your flower and cornmeal mix when you make fried chicken, OMG it is the most delicious thing ever

Coming from the islands this is perfect seasoning. We just don’t use salt and pepper like OTHER people do . We don’t like bland food but for the people who only use salt and pepper I would understand why y’all think it’s to much seasoning

Obey Jesus, live by his teachings, be led by the Holy Spirit. The Lord is coming soon you must live by his teachings. The love of God is beyond our understanding,,,...,,

It’s flavor hun. If you eat chicken from a Caribbean or black house it will have flavor. Doesn’t matter how much restaurant you work in, you won’t see chicken cooked with this much finger licking flavor unless it’s a black restaurant. The way she cooked it is exactly how my mom and grandma teach me - Jamaican for reference.
