Dam good gun for the money. Love the channel. I've had Daystate's (never missed a beat) Airarms (never missed a beat) I have 2 Brockocks (gen 1 non regulated Compatto in .22 FAC and a .177 Bantam HR sniper, both great guns and a FX Dreamline Tac compact which took a lot of fettling to get a consistent POI and have an awful magazine (I'll never buy another FX) and they were all expensive guns (Just bought a TX 200 springer and I'm loving the back to basics of it. No faffing about with compressors or air tanks). Based on various TH-cam reviews I've just ordered a Zbroia Hortitsia for half the money of any of the above PCP's. The big overpriced boys better look out. The cheaper Turkish, Asian and eastern European manufactures are turning good value guns that perform just as well for loess than half the price.
@airgunsniper-elite7385 yes I got the .177 the trigger is different now gone to a single stage ..tiny bit of take up then the wall .. then a Nice clean crisp break .. so far I only managed to get it out to 20m .. but it seems to like QYS 8.48 domed I put 9 shot through the same hole .(I had to aim off and shoot a fresh target to see if I was double loading lol 😆) I wasn't all 9 had gone through the same hole and the last few followed . Bsa goldstar did great and the H&N econII did great .. got a few more to check before I go the range and stretch it out ..
well now you have put the cat among the pigeons as i was thinking about purchasing a good used bsa r10 but now this may be a game changer as its cheaper than a used r10 . how does it compare to an r10 buddy ?
Needs tuning down just a bit to be on the safe side as you said I tune my gun with jsb hades or gsb heavys 177 coyote with new regulator 11.4 to 11.6 all other pellets should be legal some
Wonder if someone can help me out? So I have the ata airborne, barrel says 5.5mm but pellets 5.51 or 5.52? Only just bought the ata always used jsb exact 15,89 gr in previous guns but never took notice of size!
They do three different head sizes to suit any particular barrel. You should find that one will shoot better groups. Once you find the one that does, stick to it.
That's one seriously accurate rifle , appears not too be fussy with pellets either , very strange that the Hades at the same weight as the big standard JSB's ( and by the same manufacturer ) gives vastly differing power results , hope you can shed a bit of light on that Mark , got the same problem with my R10 ( .22 ) , and on that note , what's your next course of action ? Fabulous vid , and a BARGAIN of a rifle too boot ..
Lol,this is why BSA get complaints their pcps only do 10-10.5 ft-lb. Stick a biz mag through it and its just shy of the limit. Seems like an ok rifle. Any idea on shot count 😂
Like most off the shelf rifles, especially at the budget end shot count and power can be fine-tuned, for better results. TP ports are normally restrict in the UK. With a regulated rifle, open up the ports and drop the reg pressure. This can double the shot count. I believe the airborne is regulated.
Excellent review as ever and pellets through it thanks
Looking forward to seeing it at longer rangers

Great value for money rifle. When they first came out, they were only available in 22. Can you get them in 177 yet?

Seems like an ok rifle.
Any idea on shot count 😂
@@stevep9739 This model has been improved since I used it. You should be looking at around 250-300 shots, per fill.

Looks like u not going to be pistov with this one.... 🙄
Very impressive for the price even though it's modelled in the style of a '70's American car lol
