Better scheduling could be done and probably avoid more than 1 survey at once or other steps to ensure that whales aren't harmed.

@Damian military active sonar is more powerful than topographical sonar scans. With a military base in new Jersey, it is more likely that there are more active sonar pings ongoing due to Russia's aggressions. Terrain mapping has been ongoing for at least 4 decades now.
