Yes he is good and fun to play. But when you go against people who know how he works. It become really hard. Like when you are near max rage they run away or let you transform and back off. Or with teammates that they do not know how he works become same problem with rage.

He’s actually pretty simple, I only just recently started playing him, but all you really need to do is do what you’d do with many other ADC’s, just keep your distance and poke.
He just takes a few games to get used to but once you figure out how he works he’s not hard to learn. He’s a great champ to main rn imo

Whatever you want after Horizon. call it “Blue Kennen” lol. The idea is that they can’t escape the slows/stuns. Extra damage from Evenshroud and Horizon Focus obviously. Amazing utility/damage balance.

PoM + Tenacity OR Manaflow + Gathering
Items:
Luden's > Sorc's > Zhonya's > Demonic > Deathcap > Shadowflame
Haven't played league in years so I don't know how viable this is.
How about a full utility build?
All the items that you build have to be utility-type items... so it's like having an additional 6 abilities.
Damage would probably suck but maybe you can make it work depending on the champion.
Im kind of new but as far as i can tell reading old item descriptions/talking with friends they have gotten rid of most of items that had actives sadly :b most of the cool ones seem to be gone.

A lot of item actives are also reserved to mythic items which you can only have one of unfortunately.

I just check and he can still do it, but it would be pretty lame cuz non mythic items fall into one of these group:
-Support items: place a ward.
-Quicksilver items: cleanse.
-Designate items: cool but I dont think you would use it more than once.
-Other: Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Redemption and Zhonya's Hourglass
Would be a neat tank build but not that exciting.

Fun game to watch, however I feel a little cheated. Usually when you wait for gold to get an item you'll have your character dance. I feel a little deprived since I didn't get to see Gnars' dance moves. :)

(OFF META ALERT)
Play tanky fiddlesticks top and succ em dry :flushed: max W. Choose a buildpath and runes that suits you. I personally went aftershock so when i ult into the enemy team it procks and with my W im unkillable + hourglass if needed. Fimbulwinter and spirit visage are also nice. I still haven't figured out the best mythic for this build so I just go riftmaker, feel free to experiment. Just make sure to bait out enemys cc cuz w. That's how I won lane against an irelia kekw. You can also play him support and go full tank. Or go full tank top but sacrifice damage ( the support tank mythic that gives you 9 % more dmg has a 5 of both resistances passive which means that - with aftershock W tank mythic conditioning gargoyles stonepate and bunch more tank items it's really hard to kill you ) I've tried it won against a mordekaiser as tank fiddle. It also works well as a support. Once again the full unkillable combo is very effective especially with r on objectives.
( Yone and Garen are a pain in the ass for this build, a lot of cc and mobility in general )

That happens on all steath types invis, camouflage you fade/flicker like that if you take damage any type

His ulti sucks , what makes him good is that if he goes tank he is really hard to die and he still has a lot of damage.
Kinda surprised Zwag wasn't using the strat he discovered late game with the boomerang coming back way farther than it goes forwards. It's kinda like Zoe but it isn't stated as it's intended use for Gnar still kind of a really fun trick shot to do

From my findings Umbral Glaive is for an ad assasin(lethality cooldowns) as infinite edge is for ad critical carries(phantom,infinite,bloodthirster etc)...Why you never use it and you pick yommus or even collector (even more while you don't build critical chance)????????????????????
tank zyra -day 2. comet, mana flow, transcendence, gathering storm, bone plating, overgrowth/unflinching, adaptive, arm/mr, arm/mr. frostfire gauntlet, deamonic, frozen heart, fimbulwinter, randuin/force of nature. u can skip fimbulwinter for deadman's, spirit visage or even warmogs. flash barrier :) max Q first XD

AP-esque Shaco with Crown of the Shattered Queen, Banshee's Veil, Hourglass, Anathema's Chains, Guardian Angel, and some sensible shoes.

A friend and I recently started trying a fun combo in the bot lane. bot gnar and support irelia. having irelia stun then cage someone just for you to hop off her head mid transformation to ult them into the cage again. Obviously off meta but its fun too us and shakes up the bot lane a bit.
