You could tell the Lillia was 12-14ish as he/she kept using blue collar as a reference to being poor but blue collar workers make 100k+ yearly after a couple years experience.
Depends on the job. If you're a technician, mechanic, or work for a unionized company that's often true. But if you're a cashier or the like you're probably SOL on promotions or even COLA raises. Also, there's plenty of "white collar"/office jobs that work the same way, so calling someone "blue collar" as an insult means you probably don't have much job experience at all. No shot this Lillia is gainfully employed.
Even beyond that, why the fuck would you even use that as an insult when our whole society is reliant on "bluecollars"? She really think she would be living in a society if it werent for construction workers etc. Humanity would have easily survived without "whitecollars", but take away our shelters and cities, no chance.
