I am so happy I found this. The detailed tutorial is terrific. I’m getting married in April 2022 and this is exactly what I was wanting to do and I have been so hesitant to go to a makeup artist because I always feel not like myself when I have done that. So…I purchased every single item used in this tutorial. Yes that came to about 27 items including the lashes (I think you have 24 listed). I had to hunt a few of them down. Thankfully I have until April to practice doing this myself because…well I’m not Nikki by a looooonnnngggg shot. Any guesses how much it all cost? About $800. No, Im not kidding.

Actually it's because we don't get the foundation shades that match our skin many times that's why it's too much. Yeah but it's still glam and not soft glam like Susan's.

Omg!! the BEST WEDDING MAKEUP ADVICE. Don't go overboard so that you don't look like you anymore..... I have felt like this so many times with brides especially coming from an Indian family... Brides are transformed completely, rather than accentuating their natural features a bit, BUT THEM attesting to it being not worthy to change whole appearance made my day ❤️❤️😂😂

In a way, this showcases the differences in style over the past decade. It is great that brown liner, especially for a cat eye, is making a comeback. I feel the same way as Susan, when I see pictures of myself at my sister’s wedding. It scarred me so much, that it was last time I wore black eyeliner rimmed around my entire eye. While, I love winged black liquid liner, black is too harsh in the waterline and tear duct. Also, the way the makeup artist did my lips, made me realize why I prefer bolder colors. She put a color on my that made my (already small) lips completely disappear, and caused me to look sickly. Which is why when I was a bridesmaid at my cousin’s wedding, everyone told me to do my own makeup. They knew I would be unhappy, if something went wrong.
I absolutely love Nikki’s taste in makeup 🤤💄 Every product she uses, I either have and love or I’m like 👀 I loved the cream blush trick! I always go in “cold turkey” and noticed it wiped off my face makeup a little, but never knew what I could do about it. Thanks Nikki and Susan!

I love the look 110%. What I don't like is the upper lip filler Susan has that makes it look like she has a bit of a mustache. Women have to be very careful about where they get their filler placed because it can create a shadow and make it look like you have a mustache or like you drank chocolate milk and didn't wipe it off the top of your lip
I love the overall look. It’s perfect, but….how many products to buy. How many steps. I don’t think this tutorial would be for self application. Good tutorial for a makeup artist . I dont think it would be easily replicated even if you brought it to the makeup artist
I had my makeup professionally done on Saturday for my sons wedding. The foundation she used was heavy and greasy. The amount of contour she used was unbelievable. I hated everything about it. I told her I wanted the Dior or Nars. She didn’t listen to anything that I wanted. It will NEVER happen again. It was horrible. So please, please don’t be afraid to let them know what you want. I’m 57 and don’t wear a lot of makeup and it felt and looked like a mask!!

This video was a life changer for me I am an older bride (44) with mature skin and a bit of a hooded eye; I get married in December. I had a a trial and I looked great, I do think I am going to recommend for my actual day to go with the colors you used here. My biggest issue after was, under my eyes and in my T-zone which only had concealer and setting powder applied it started to settle into my fine lines so in person I was not looking as good as I was in the pictures. Do you have any recommendations I can tell my make-up artist? Or would you travel to Florida the weekend before Christmas?
I’m so happy to see the Dior backstage foundation, it’s my go-to lately!! I also mix it with the Illuminator. I’m so happy they brought this one out, it’s beautiful!!! I used to love their glow maximizer primer/highlighter and was so sad when it was discontinued. Love love love! And both of you look so beautiful! Nikki has such a calming voice ❤️

I think mineral spfs are the only ones that really flash back, chemical sunscreens are normally completely clear

If you can have the MUA fix your makeup at certain hour on the party.

How to get SALVATION (be saved):

Jesus Christ wants you to have a personal relationship with him. He cares and loves you more than his own life that he gave it up for you to be saved. Jesus Christ is the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind; to atoned away all of our sins with his precious life and blood, that we may share in his Kingdom (1 John 2:2 “He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world”).
Jesus Christ is not about being religious but to be in unity with him and allow him to deliver you from the bondage that this sinful body (flesh) is doomed for; eternal hell (John 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him”).
Only through Jesus Christ will you ever get to heaven (John 10:9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture”). Seek Jesus Christ only: no other gods can save you from God’s wrath. God’s wrath is not a joke or to be taken lightly (Hebrews 10:31 “It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”). Remember he is our Creator and all things are possible with him (Matthew 19:26).
