Every watch is set to the exact same time, including the seconds hand, and stopped. I suppose the arrangement of the various hands allows for the best view of the dial. Such an excellent video, I would love to see this myself someday.
Just bought a sky dweller yellow gold stainless steel. I absolutely love this watch never like Rolex before until they made the watch that can fit on a large wrist like my own. 40 mm much too small for me so I really love this watch

Describing it as a disappointing Baselworld for Rolex is highly misleading and you can see all the new models and all the existing models, several of which so-called 'experts' claimed were discontinued. Nobody knows that except Rolex. I don't suppose they would let you in unless you had an appointment and were either Press, which you qualified far better as or a retailer.

Baselworld is normally for dealers to check out new watches that they can order and take delivery of in time for the holidays. Rolex at Baselworld is basically showing dealers all the new models they CAN'T buy, alongside the existing models which they also can't buy. I can't believe people are still going head over heels over these shitty watches while the brand throttles production to drive up the price.
Probably the only way to see some of these watches actually in a display case,especially the stainless steel sports models that most people want or are more likely to afford. Frustrating
I can actually see why Rolex totally flopped this year & it’s because people are tired of seeing the same old designs with little or no modifications, year after year. Where’s the innovation & what’s all the hype about???
@@roh_1111 In my opinion Rolex is sort of the archetype of ''the perfect watch'' Well not all Rolexes but more Sub,GMT,Exp.2 they basicly thick all the boxes so where they can improve on is gradually done like bezel materials, movements, bracelets.. But design wise it would be stupid to touch the watches to much, they must stay Rolex right? This year basel was quite dissapointing indeed and i admit that the Rolex hype has gone to a point that it is sort of just to far.. I get tired of it to… Not being able to buy the watch you want for the msrp is just ridiculous.. I think they should 1. or just 3 double prices and the hype will go away this way and offcourse update their models a bit or they must simply increase supply as this is gettin serious ridiculous
