I'm think i have currect that guide man , because he tottaly wrong ,,you show in small temple architecture where one structure is there Called Shivlinga which is wrongly informative by Guide man (Which he called male and female part),,, but Shivlinga means God Shiva's another form ,where Upper part represent aura of Shivji (when we simple man get Enlightenment the aura of That man like the Upper part of the shivling) ,the rounded lower part mata is Parvati symbolises . So please don't remember male female part , because you will get trouble from Hindu community, because it's not male female part,, it is shivling or shivaSakti

Shri KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE, Also known as the Golden Temple, is the holiest. it is dedicated to Lord shiva, the presiding deity of the city. Varanasi is Said to be the point at which the first jyotirlinga, the fiery pillar of light by shiva broke through the Earth’s crust. More than the Ghats and even the Ganga, the Shivalinga installed in the temple remains the devotional focus of Varanasi.

You’re blessed to be on Pashupatinath @Davud . The only reason tourist are not allowed to enter in the temple is because they do consume beef and Hindu people doesn’t consume Cows meat which is considered as one of the most Sacred Animal in Hindu. Additionally In the past people were not allowed to wear belt and other kind of stuffs that were made of animals skin, as Pashupatinath itself is considered as lord of Animals ( pashu- means animal and patinath- means lord ) which is some of the logic. In Vedic era people don’t used to consume meat. Whereas they used to consider Pashupatinath as lord of every animal in planet. Adding some plus point on this 33 millions god include everything that we have means we worship water , we worship every planets , we worship soil, air , trees and everything that surrounds us means we worship our surroundings and our environment we have god of water, god of soil , god of fire and so on hence its 33 million god .
Hope you will see my comment to know more. Stay happiest during your stay in Nepal ❤❤

that's not right. Vedas have mentioned people used to consume cow meat in that era but it was not excessive. cow is not considered sacred animal. it is considered mother by many Hindus because in the ancient times almost every family had at least one cow. they grown up drinking that cows milk. cowdung of that cow used to enrich the soil and produce nutritious food to eat. because of that people were loving and caring about the cows and treated like mother. but people who has never grown up with cows do not have the same emotion so they are free to do whatever they like. religions have boundaries and Hinduism is not religion.

Whenever I visit this place ,
    I experience something,
    A empty feeling,
I couldn’t fill it with joy or sadness.
But the feeling of nothing, it’s just there.
    Sound of footsteps of crowd,
    Endless noises talking,
A person who is annoyed with people,
I sat there and I just didn’t care.
May be this is where my mind was,
For sure this is where my future is,
A guy which has many reason to live,
All the reasons, this time I just didn’t care.
    I should finish what I’m writing ✍️ ,
I always finish whatever I do,
But thought gave up on me,
I was blank in my mind,
This time I just don’t care.
May be I was full of thoughts,
May be my mind got stock in it.
In short ( nothing seems to be permanent.

In Nepal , religion is not a business. The bad experience that you have got is due to the Indians , the sadhus which was asking you for blessing is from India and the brahmin from whom you have taken bless is from Nepal. Pashupatinath temple is a most pure and important Hindu temple in the world. Nepal was never invaded from any other religious group so , Nepal is also known as pure land of Hindus. There are 3 main religion in Nepal such as Hinduism , Buddhism and kirati. You can find lots of temple and stupas more than 2500 hundred years old representing religious tolerance in Nepal.

You look like Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) from the "Vikings" series.
