Ur explanation style is very good. in option 2 of example 1, notional fixation of pay from 1.1.22 to 30.6.22 will be rs. 21100/- instead of rs.20300/-. Pl. Refer dopt consolidated guidelines dated 13.9.22 and update the above pay fixation please.

There is difference between in your both videos by choosing option 2 for the purpose of arrear.
In ur first video u have not placed higher cell from date of promotion in option II but in second video u are placing higher cell so that arrear in both option seems to be no loss..

Option 2 is beneficial as it got 52000 basic on 01 jan 23 and in option 1 it got basic of 52000 in 01 jul 23. So, clearly option 2 is beneficial.

1st step of Option 2 of Example 1 is wrong. It will be 20,500/- instead of 20,300/-.

Option 1
Pay from 25 Aug 2021 = 49,000
Pay from 01 Jul 2022 = 50,500
Pay from 01 Jul 2023 = 52,000
Option 2
Pay from 25 Aug 2021 = 47,600
Pay from 01 Jul 2022 = 50,500
Pay from 01 Jan 2023 = 52,000
Pay from 01 Jan 2024 = 53,600

Due to promotion month in aug so next increment date will be in july....due to not completed six months.
Is correct sir as per 7th CPC in level 6 to Level 7 the stage pay fixed in next higher cell in in level 7 in aims module also show pls clarify as per RBE NUBER MENTION PLEASE
In option 2 he will get 1400 (4900-47600) less basic pay from August to June (11 months) also.
But he will get 1500/- (52000-50500) more basic pay from Jan 23 to July 23

Hello sir, today only I saw this video. As you said in the comments below that there was a little error/mistake while conveying the calculation method in choosing option 2(DNI). Just for clarity, post correction, do you mean to say that whenever option 2 is chosen, then till DNI, the current Basic shall continue to be same and will be further calculated/increased as per formula on DNI only. Kindly pls confirm. Thank you.
Even I felt the same as you thought. while choosing the option-2, his pay from date of promotion to the DNI, pay is to be fixed at the next immediate higher cell in the promoted pay level till the date of normal increment, which in this case should have been 20,500 (Cell-2 of L-2)

Sir, both the method are very easily explained & it will be helpful to all of us ,but as per 2nd method while fixation will be made after DNI, from Jan to June he will be given only stage pay of higher grade till fixation

There is one doubt
In your previous video of pay fixation you told that if anyone opt for promotion from date of increment, than his pay will be continued in upper level equal or higher to his lower level till his next increment and refixed on his increment date,
but in this video in the first example you exhibits that if the employee opt for date of increment for pay fixation, his pay will continued in lower level pay only till his next increment.
So kindly clarify if someone opt for 2nd option of fixation i.e from date of increment, than what would be his pay till his next increment ?
Will it same in lower level or equal or greater than equal in higher level ?
Presuming his current pay is greater than minimum pay of his higher promotion level pay.
Sir current level- 3, promotion in level-4, current basic -Rs 32000/-, DNI-01 Jul 2021and date of promotion 01 Dec 2020.
Mera fixation kese hoga sir. Option 2 le sakta hu. Jan 2022 mein refixation ho sakta hai kya.
