Pay Fixation on ACP or Promotion. FR 22(1)(a)(1) Options.
Fixation from the date of grant of MACP/ PROMOTION or from the date of next Increment. Which option is best option-1 or option-II. Explanation with examples.

My self joind in postal department as. Postal Assistant on 22-2-1972 after 16 years service received one promotion there after 26years service received second promotion and retired on 31-7-2006 but after completion of 34 years service not. received third promotion according to MACP scheme Please confirme whether MACP. benifit received or not also confirme MACP scheme will effect from 1-9-2008 or1-1-2006

Brother ur option II fixation is not correct according to the rule 10 of ccs (RP) rules, 2016 which determines the DNI after promotion. Don't misguide the people. Study the rules of DNI thoroughly.

One correction please. In case of Option-2, from the date of promotion to DNI the employee shall be placed at the next higher cell in the Level of promotional post. And on DNI the pay shall be refixed by giving two additional increments in the lower Level.

25100 बेसिक पर अब मुझे 24 जून 2023 को 29200 लेवल 5 पर प्रोमोशन मिला है
मेने 1 जुलाई 2023 को ज्वाइन किया अब मुझे अगला इंक्रीमेंट कब मिलेगा
इसके पहले मुझे जुलाई में इंक्रीमेंट मिलता था।
