Assalamu Alaikum, My mother still has her Nusuk Hajj account (British passport) from last year and when she logged in today it went straight to step 4 stating this message: 'Your application has been submitted successfully and it is currently under review. You will receive a notification regarding your application status once the verification process is concluded.' My mother forgot to add my father's (Dutch passport) details on her portal. Can she add my father's details after her verification process even if he has an account from last year?
Is anyone facing an issue submitting their family member? I’ve uploaded my wife’s passport and image, and it takes me to the page with all the passport information and what not. I go ahead and update “city”, “birth place”, “issuance date” for her passport, but it just won’t let me submit. Nor will it let me save. Curious to know if others are facing this. JazakAllah kheir

do we have to deal with Almosafer for airline again?
You will have an option to choose a package with airlines and most packages will have the majority of the spots with airline isA

i knew that they accept visa but can we use AMEX as well ??

They havent started the verification process so some parts of that process may be turned off or glitchy
@@darelsalamtravelus I see. From the last session, we were told to start registering, so was trying to see if others are facing the same issue.
