Hello there the problem is actually selection of building material. i.e drywall . it works only where no moisture . even if small leakage of water or no proper ventilation . everything fall apart. it is not good for place like mumbai highly humid place.Think before investing. for example even after taking shower minimum time for keep exhaust fan is 30 mins. otherwise mould will start i.e uncontrollable unless replace drywall and have mould removal procedure .Best technique for good maintenance for drywall home is auto start of ventilation for 30 mins morning and 30 evening with washroom door open. cheers

Also whatever promises they made while booking the FLAT they haven't fulfilled it. i took the possession on August 2017 and till date we have not received the BMC Pipe Water Supply + No External Amenities (Like Swimming Pool, Kids Play Area, Jogging Track and Ample Parking Space for Existing Owners) Now for this whom we should Blame to, Builder or the Officials who gave Builder an OC (Occupancy Certificate) without going thru the Checks. This clearly shows even after so much of propaganda about eliminating Black Money and bring Clean system, there are many Mites who is eating into the System and We buyers have to bear the brunt and cannot go to Court on individual bases too.
If you have exchanged a different passport (by letting go of Indian), you should invest in mature and safe markets. Indian markets aren't safe. Best Exotic Marigold Hotel all over. Descriptions hardly match reality and the price points make the investments ridiculously risky. I avoid Indian products, bosses, colleagues, businesses, investments and won't even touch with 10" pole. Have been peaceful ever since.

Lodha properties are bullshit. The construction quality is very poor and there is a leakage issue. Please be aware before investing. Before investing they will be very sweet. Once you pay they will show the color. These big builders enter into the real estate and they don't construct the buildings. They only get the plan done by big design houses. But the actual implementation of these properties are too bad in nature. The actual construction is done by other 2nd or 3rd rated builders and the big builders keep the big fat margins. This is the case in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad builders. Medium size builders have better quality than top rated and it is more value for money.
The quality of construction depends entirely upon the workmanship of contractor. The Contractor in NCP was L&T with Doka and Mivan shuttering. The practice I observed by L&T was so poor that it couldn't be rectified in post pour checking. Even with a big name and higher rates, L&T gives way worse quality. I have observed the same quality in most L&T projects. They have higher technology to execute, but no workmanship. And their team of engineers don't care of what the client engineer has to say. Please don't buy flats where L&T is contractor. Please.

You are making it seem like it is not lodhas fault and some other people did it in lodhas name. There are many other projects which have such issues.
