    In an outtake from The Women’s List, Margaret Cho speaks about her parents’ openness to the gay community and to Cho’s bisexuality, saying “My queerness was never questioned by my parents.” She also describes her Korean parents’ distinct accents: one sounds “white,” the other sounds Korean. Cho is an American comedian, fashion designer, actress, author and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her stand-up routines that address social and political problems, especially those pertaining to race and sexuality.

    Margaret is all things to all people. Listen to her how brilliant how funny how philosophical how political how ecumenical she is and the list is long. I believe based on experience that the funnier a person is and the more energy they exude, the more pain they're getting rid of. It's a blessing that she has the gift of humor because I would hate to have been in that much pain and not be able to be funny.
