What's up guys, sorry for the editing mistake 😅 total price of this entire meal is approximately 1550 Indian rupees. Also, I didn't know about that vertical chopstick bad luck Japanese story but now I know it 😅 and those chopsticks were inseparable 😂 i actually tried to rip them apart but was unable, then i found that it was easy to use them in that way 😂 so sorry if that was inappropriate.

Mamagoto is one of my favourite restaurants too. Love their Dimsums, sushi’s and the nasi goreng. Also all chopsticks comes attached, And you are suppose to break apart the sticks to use. Also according to the Japanese people, you should not poke any food with chopsticks 🥢 or place it standing idle on any food, as they believe that it’s to be done only when someone die.

Because you're doing Japanese cuisine in this video, so I thought it will be good to tell you that chopsticks are always put on the table lying down, try to avoid sticking chopsticks into food and having them stand upright because it's considered a bad omen there because the standing chopsticks imitate the incense sticks in a funeral. I have visited japan. And sticking the chopsticks straight into a bowl is REALLY REALLY offensive for them. It's something they do when there's a death, otherwise, they really become very angry and tell you specifically to not stick the chopsticks into bowl of rice, just keep it lying on the table.
