I bought one and the chuck that is designed to clamp onto the valve stem failed after four tires. Contacted customer support and they want me to pay to ship their crappy product back. I'll never buy anything from Rhino again. They may be a U.S. company, but I doubt their products are.
Hi, yeah I used it with the easy clamp and noticed that it doesn't hold on as much as I like, I took it off and went with the screw on one that came with it, that one threads onto the tire stem, im useing that one all the time now, sorry you had troubles with yours, also it's not un heard of to pay for shipping if your going to get a brand new one, especially small business, but I guess that's what they need to do, I would suggest trying that other piece, you might like it better, take care.
@@stevencourtney1965 Thanks for your reply. I actually want to send it back without getting a replacement. That's why I'm objecting to paying to ship back a defective product. My thought was; why send a defective product back only to have it replaced with another poorly made defective product? I did a bit of searching and it turns out there are a number of places selling the same inflator with different names on the packaging. I'm guessing they are all made in the same factory in China. I'm in the process of evaluating two others that are made in the U.S.
They need to put LESS stupid stickers in the box and put the freakin instructions on how to USE IT. Im fairly new to off roading and planned to READ the instructions while I was in the woods. Opented the box and NO INSTRUCTIONS. Glad I still had my old gear, I didnt need it, but seriously?
I got one off Amazon. Hooked it up to my tire and got weird readings of 89-98 PSI, and then all over the place. Can you do a review on how to use?
Hi, that's interesting, yes I plan on doing a vid on how it works, going to add air to my wifs car then possibly my honda Ruckus
@@stevencourtney1965 perfect. look forward to it.
