Thanks for this detailed video. For the last year, I've been dealing with a significant hairfall for the past one year. Before, I had voluminous and lengthy hair. However, eventually, my hair started having half the volume. I experienced a significant stressful period throughout 2 to 3 months. Over time, a poor diet had also come across. As a result, I enhanced my diet and started eating more from vegetables and nuts. I started engaging in yoga and mindfulness meditation everyday to lessen my anxiety. Oiling is necessary but daily oiling is not beneficial for those whose scalp is already oily due to excess oil relase from sebum gland.......... weekly 2-3 days is sufficient to apply oil on scalp.....

I didnt take 500ml oil , but I took 250 ml just to check if it has any side effects or not . but this turned out to be my mistake . Actually while heating that oil , my oil reduced to half its quantity so that 250ml remained only about 100ml . So,its better if u take 500ml only and dont take large sized onions , go for the medium ones.

@@ElishaTravelsEats yes, I used only this for 1-2 months, if you don't see the result within 2 months then extend for one more month you will definitely see the result. Weekly twice you put the oil at night and wash in the morning with any mild shampoo and be consistent. Follow the same process of making oil as shown in the video. Let me know if you see the results. I have started using this oil since a month now but only once a week with around 10 min massage on scalp and I wash my hairs after 2 days with reetha amla shikakai and hibiscus powder and if oil is still there I use very little mild shampoo with water. I can see some baby hairs growing above forehead and hairfall is reduced compared to previous months .
Yesterday my gf asked me that my hair is getting white what type of oil i should use and i couldn't suggest her anything 😢😢
