Fatality is incredibly volatile, either absolutely tearing through another player or having his own fate sealed the second he picks up his controller. You could see that throughout this game, especially after his SD. After that, Fatality just got into his own head and hammered his own skull out. Meanwhile, Elegant just makes hype like some kind of factory. Watching him play and just seeing his momentum travel just astonished me and my heart races every time I see it. Props to both these players, this match never felt one sided.

The whole game 2 and 3 were mentally damaging to Fatality. First he got an early stock and taunted, then Elegent caught up, then Fatality SD’d in the most goober way possible. Then he gets gimped and taunted. By that point he was mentally destroyed. But then Elegent gets another early juicy stock. Elegent is a monster.
Pretty sure this is a tough matchup for Falcon. Luigi getting grabs is the optimal punish game in this matchup mid-stage, and a lot of his moves can be used to create opportunities to grab. Meanwhile people in the comments are being cancer. Just because this is how you'd look against Elegant too doesn't mean Fatality is as bad as you.
im assuming people think he was being a dick by his smirk, hes an expressive player and when you get hype shit you may or may not smile but if you do and try t conceal it it comes out as a smirk, and damn that first game was hype as shit since fatality read that he was gonna drop low in order to second jump up b to ledge snap, good shit right here, fatality woudlve won vs larry and elegant if he would land just one up air to knee lol, he was off this whole tourney, but amazing spikes tho, feelsbad for fatality self tilting himself after game 2, we all know elegant got lucky there and not taking any credit for him since hes hype too
