Just 2 eggs to get 20 pcs of Mini Tiramisu Steamed Cake. Soft and tender

Hi... this time I made mini tiramisu steamed cake. The cake is soft and tender. Just 2 eggs can yield a lot. For who don't have oven can try this recipe.
I use hand mixer from Mito (shp.ee/hix5vgk) and steamer from Stein (shp.ee/2ahquc4).
Mini Tiramisu Steamed Cake Recipe

Yields 20 pcs of 5.5 cm diameter mold
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr sugar (like sweet can use 125 gr)
- half tsp emulsifier (sp / ovalet)
- half tsp vanilla paste
- a pinch of salt
- 125 gr all purpose flour
- 10 gr cornstarch
- 130 ml coconut milk (65 ml instant coconut milk + 65 ml water)
- enough chocolate paste, mocha paste

2بيضات +100غ سكر وفاني و رشة ملح ونخلط جيدا يصبح كريمي ورطب ونصبف 125غ فرينة و 10غ نشاء الذرة و 130 مل حليب جوز الهند و 65مل ماء ونخلط حتي تتمتزج المكونات مع بعض وثم نقسم الخليط علي ثلاثة ونضيف للاول بني فاتح وبني غامق ونترك الثالث ابيض ونضعها في قوالب ونضعها تنضج علي البخار
