false awakening as you define has happened to me when I was 8 and 9 years old and the dreams in themselves were not scary so neither was the "false awakening.
Sometimes I get a false awakening where I get paralysis with it sometimes I get one where every wines and I go back to my bed sometimes I wake up thinking I'm awake 1 time I had a night man I met a lady who was trying to eat me and I know this lady fight away at my old job we were not about to get tips But she was really pushing try to get me to always take it and I kept letting her be pushing with me so I finally Had a dream about him that she was trying to consume me And then I woke up or so I thought but I were remembered something my door was not closed I turned around she was in my bed and she set up a try eat me again When I woke up for real I'm new what my dream must trying to tell me I was let her be pushy with me and in return she was consuming me in a seds she was considering my happiness and my sanity so that very next day I told her to stop and I put my foot down and I never had another dream like that again
Have you ever had to pee in your dream and then woke up to go pee.....only to find out you were still sleeping and you've just pissed yourself?........anyone?
I had a dream a few years back it was a nightmare but dont remember what it was about. When I woke that day I met my soulmate(still dreaming). We lived out our lives, had kids and then grandkids. We grew old then my dream wife and I was out on our porch enjoying the fall weather, she decides to walk down the steps to check on her garden and falls. She died as a result, my family and I were at the funeral and I was over her grave crying and thats when I woke up with tears pouring down my face. I was a little messed up after that.
Maybe that dream was telling you how your life is going to end up. Do you remember the full name of your dream soulmate? If so than you could find her on the internet or using other means. Hey crazier thing were predicted by dreams.
Backacar her name was Gabrielle. Idk but tue place that the dream took place wasn't were I was raised. I was most for the majority of my life in Ohio. Since then I had the strange desire to move. Im in Florida now with the intention of moving to my dads home state of Louisiana. Who names I may go to Holly beach, thats were my parents and grandparents met lol.
Got trapped in a sequence of false awakenings one night, very vivid, it felt like it lasted for hours but it had only been 5-10 minutes. Metaphorically I'd describe it as drowning in a violent ocean of waves. You get your head above the waves, just to be pulled back under. The harder you try and the more you panic, the worse it gets. And you feel very uncoordinated, helpless, sometimes paralyzed.
this is kinda cool, if your heartrate goes down too quickly, the body thinks two things, your either falling asleep really fast, or dying. The body doesn't want to take any chances, so it pumps excessive amounts of adrenaline into the bloodsream, making you feel like you're falling. This wakes you, or keeps you alive, depends on whether you were actually dying in your sleep or just calming down way too quick for your body to feel safe and sound. It's really interesting and fun to think about.
I always wake up as soon as I start falling. And I usually am trying to grab at something when I wake up so I usually accidentally kick or punch my dog that sleeps with me lol
i hated them at first, now.... i am adicted to them, please... could any one help, im not myself, im someone else, i share a body. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out. let me out.

This has happened to me when I was in 6th grade or first year middle school I thought I woke up and got ready for school and then my mom woke me up and I have to get ready for school all over again
I've actually had false awakenings before. I don't realize they aren't real until I wake up. They haven't been scary tho. The two that I remember are me playing video games I want but don't have lol
Omg I've experienced this so many times, especially the second one where you keep waking up again and again! It's so scary and uncomfortable 😣 I also experience sleep paralysis quite a lot....
I have had very similar experiences to #2 and #3 . In my head, I referred to them as being in a dream loop. And the false awakenings seem to happen for eternity. I have been praying at night to not get stuck in these loops because they are so scary, even if sometimes nothing actually scary is happening.
Once I thought I woke up and went to school, everything was normal. My daily routine is the same but around lunch time the mayor of our town visited my school and talked to us about politics (I was 6 at the time so this was confusing). After he left school went on as normal. I had two days of dreams. Went through two whole days that I thought were real but I woke up the third day and talked to my parents about the mayor. Well apparently two days of my life never actually happened and I was only asleep one day.

In 7th grade and below I had always played Minecraft. When I was in 5th grade, age 8/9 I was in survival mode in the game and it was raining. The monsters were all out and I was in a house with my horse and armor. I went up to a window and a spider kept jumping at me but it was blocked by a window. It then climbed on top of the house. When the sun came out the next day and the rain stopped, I walked out and the spider fell of the house and died. This was at the library btw. Later that night, I went to sleep with the same scenario. Daytime, raining, monsters, and the spider was jumping at the window again. Only this time is broke through and it came up to my face then it disappeared. I woke up, sat up, looked in front of me, and the huge minecraft spider was crawling from my toes and to the middle ofmy thighs, then it jumped up to my face again and disappeared. I was screaming nonstop and then my mom came in. I played minecraft the next day
Dreaming of Minecraft is a sign you are playing too much Minecraft, a dream/nightmare is your brain trying to make you forget about things you don't need, sort of like a computer.
ThatFloatingThingYT yeah well maybe 2 or 1 years ago I played Minecraft way too much, like 4+ hr a day, and never had a dream of that. The closest I had to that dream was a dream where I was playing Minecraft but I never had a dream about being in Minecraft or whatever
I've had false awakenings, night terrors, sleep paralysis, and I walk in my sleep. I fall down the stairs in all my dreams... I'm gonna fall down the stairs someday. I hate my basement. It's scary. I think something is wrong...
Sometimes I literally fall asleep, like as soon as I start sleeping I fall in the dream, and then wake up on my bed trying to figure out wtf just happened
Woke up to go to the toilet in the night, as I'm sat there something starts wrapping and clawing up my leg. I try to shout out for help but can't make any sound. Terrified and confused I look frantically for something to grab hold of but all I saw was the outline of a demonic face with piercing red eyes. The eyes then faded into one and I woke up again seeing only the red standby light on my TV I looked at the time and it was about 3:30 am. Ended up being wide awake for the rest of the night
Life Tip for ya... If you ever have a dream and there's a toilet, don't use it! Almost everyone that I've ever known that has been using the bathroom in their sleep, has actually wet their bed 😅
Uh, I use the toilet in my dreams regularly, yet I haven't wet my bed. Lmao I can lock my muscles, it's a reflex now. So dream me can use toilet, while non dream me reflexively locks muscles to prevent accidents.
That is what hes talking about. Dreaming you wake up, but you're still asleep, over and over again. The first time I had it, I looked it up, I had no idea what it was. They say it is one of the top 10 most terrifying human experiences. People die from heart attacks all the time from it. So, yes, it counts. That's what this video is about.
@@boomdadrilla4991 lucid dream: you control all, you feel things like real life False awalening: you wake up in your dreams thinking you woke up in real life but it's a nightmare and it keeps happening.
This is great. Just this Wednesday or Thursday, I had a False Awakening. It wasn't as scary as these ones, but it was weird, since I've never had one before until now. In the dream, I woke up at around 7 AM, checked my phone and actually went back to sleep again to wake up at 11 AM. And with that, the day began to skip around until I actually went back to sleep in my dream at around 1 AM to 12 AM. Then I woke up for real, confused as all hell and checked my phone to see it was only 5 AM.
I feel you bro I had a similar experience. Before I woke up I felt that my arms and chest were so limp like tired, I knew I wanted to get up and walk around, I just couldn't move, I guess I feel asleep because when I finally got up I went to leave my room and I woke up again. This happened 4 more times and I just hoped I woke up for real. I woke up for real and almost went back to sleep but I finally got up.
The worst part about false awakenings is that if you have them often you'll always question if you're truly awake. I frequently have multiple in a row and have gotten scarily good at determinating if I'm dreaming, but after seven in a row one night it took me half the day to be sure I was back in reality.
The best advice I can give you to help with that is to perform a reality check after waking up. You can plug your nose to see if you can breathe through it or pinch yourself to see if you feel a measly bit of pain. If you can feel it or can’t breath through your nose while plugging it, you’ll know that you’re awake for real. I’ve done this a few times recently.
So once I got to sleep hungry because I was tired. I had a false awakening and my grandma said "Dear , breakfast's done!". I run to the kitchen cuz I was very hungry. I found a big plate with French Fries and right before taking a bite I woke up. Yeah and I asked for French Fries. And my grandma made them! Yummy.
My brother has a false awakening a few years ago. He was laying his bed and thought he had woken up but hadn’t. He looked down to the end of his bed and saw an alien (a bit like E.T) it stared at him before placing his hand on my brothers leg. My brother could not move at all, he was paralysed and had to watch this alien stare at him. He then woke up suddenly. He has had these sorts of things again in these years. Laying in his bed unable to move. But he hasn’t seen the alien since. He has told me this story many times, and it is utterly terrifying
When I’m having a dream I’m almost ALWAYS aware I’m dreaming and I can force myself awake until I just wake up without force, just my body waking me up at the end of my dream or when I’m supposed to wake up. It’s weird but normal for me
Okay, this happened to me once! So, I had a dream where I was on a farm and I was sleeping in a bed, then I heard a soothing voice say "Wake up, it's time to work" so, I woke up, thinking I actually woke up into reality. I remember being petrified because, I didn't wake up into reality, this happened almost five years ago.
Its good to know other people have dreams that feel cinematic, like there are camera angles and different views. I thought it was rare but I'm discovering more people do.
Hey Danny, I have been subbed to this channel for years now and I look forward to every day cause it means a couple new videos from Most Amazing. There have been videos I loved and videos I didn’t care for some much, but today I have to say, your video has got to be amongst my all time favorites on this channel. I love that it’s as long as it is and spooky to boot. Can you make more of these longer video please. Thanks for all the great content you guys give us everyday, take care and keep it up.
i had that and had an out of body experience i promise it was the weirdest thing it happened 2 times in a row i fell asleep on the sofa on a school night my dad try's to wake me up i do i walk into my room he yells for me again i walk to my room get dressed and came back out then i saw myself on the sofa at that point my dad yells again i wake up confused and just tried to forget about it. spoilers i never did.
I love this serious, I would like more videos like this and the time length is great, danny, rebecca, and donotsing get to tell us more stories YAYYYYYYYY :) Love you guys, @mostamazingtop10
Sometimes I literally see the future in my dreams. Like, one time, I was in 2nd grade and I didn't know that my school would be shut down. And a few years later, it closed. "What does this have to do with your dream?" You may ask. Well, in that dream I saw my teacher (from the new school) and the new classroom. A few years later, the teacher, classroom and everything else I saw in that dream, was real. I know this because when I went to the classroom I saw, I said to myself, "Why does this seem familiar?"
Yes, I've had a few lucid dreams..once I ended up on a website (in real life) for people with sleep paralysis issues and a lot of the comments told of people who have constant sleep paralysis but have learned that it is easy to astral project from this state of immobilized awareness. A lot of people encounter terrifying entities- or feel them- while in sleep paralysis. More than a few of these people were having a conversation about astral projecting only to find the entity was in fact actually there and able to be vanquished by them in spirit form. Once they were rid of the evil presence they were able to go on and have facinating journeys in their astral form. There was a lot of people discussing this and also trying to assist other's who weren't as progressed- it freaked me out although I found it very interesting but I could never find the website again
When I was 7 I had one of those dreams I would “wake up” and look a my room door where my shelf is and there was a pit bulls head whispering I would “wake up again” the only difference is that my room door slowly opened a bit each time until it was fully open the time that it was I ran out I “smelled” bacon I ran into the kitchen then I would wake up for real
Is it weird that I never dream, I just think. Sometimes I see the ceiling, the usual thing I'd see if I was awake. Sometimes though, I move my head to see a poster I have of Loki, which is in black and white, that I have because I love marvel. It blinks, sometimes even smiles. It's weird because it looks so normal! Lol, I'm a freakin freak
The scariest false awakening ive had goes something like this... I woke up and everything seemed okay i got out of bed and got ready for school i looked in the mirror to do my hair only to realise there was blood coming out of my eyes, ears, nose and mouth... naturally my first instinct was to scream, but doing so only made more blood come out so i closed my mouth... after about 5 minutes i realised that there was a message being spelt in blood on my window saying ‘Dont turn around...’ i turned around and saw dark figures moving around, whispering indistinctly and i couldnt hear what they were saying... then they charged at me..... i ‘woke up’ again and everything was normal... well, more or less, the only difference was my parents and brothers had black buttons for eyes and extra limbs... i thought it might be a hallucination and that i was just sleep deprived... but when i went to school and saw blood dripping out of my schoolmates ears eyes mouths and noses i knew it wasnt... my parents woke me up the next morning telling me to stop screaming and to cry quieter because i was ‘disturbing my brothers’........ parents of the year award right here
I woke up in my room and had realized that everything was in reverse, I was hanging from the ceiling and so too was the furniture. I gaited to my door and swung it open and when I crossed the threshold, I fell to the floor. The furniture was normal. When I walked down the stairs, they started to do corkscrews until they rotted away and I fell into my living room. The furniture was decrepit and had tiny, eyeless humanoids crittling along and past my feet. When I turned to see what they were crawling to, I watched as they hurdled themselves into a bottomless void where the rest of the house should have been, all screaming and squealing like pigs. I walked outside and fell into my bed where I awoke and told ABSOLUTELY NO ONE!!!
Once when I went on a trip with my school and we had to sleep in tents in a woods and about 2 in the morning I woke up with my best friend asleep next to me my other friend walking around the tent and a unfamiliar girl with long black hair with a white dress laying but floating staring at me I closed my eyes and opened them again it was morning and everyone in my tent was gone I looked around the whole camp and no one was there I fell and woke up back in my tent still night and my friend sat at my feet staring at me I asked what time it was and she said we have just had the movie and I had fell asleep during it I looked around and remembered we didn’t have a movie night that night I woke up again and I checked the time and it was about 1 in the morning everyone was asleep in my tent I went outside and looked through the windows of the tents and everyone was there I went back to my tent and just sat in the corner for the rest of the night
I've experienced "false awakenings" before, but nowhere near as severe. the main thing about them happening was that I was under a lot of stress. probably the freakiest was when I "woke up", I was hearing what sounded like was a group of children playing outside. Almost like you were next to an elementary school at recess time. One problem: it was night time, and it doesn't make any sense to have that many children out at night. then I woke up for real and the sound of kids stopped. it was 2 AM, and I was genuinely freaked the hell out. i've had dreams and "false awakenings" that where I felt things crawl into bed with me, shadow figures, e.t.c., but his one was freaky because of how lucid it was. there was no school or playground anywhere near my place.

I played minecraft the next day
@XT x AB different schools, different schools. Not to mention skipping up and bdays. Variables
The Hamster Army! Mmmm idk about thattt...

Yeah probably
Sometimes I literally fall asleep, like as soon as I start sleeping I fall in the dream, and then wake up on my bed trying to figure out wtf just happened
Prayers and love 🙏
I have a false awakening story of my own. It was about a sociopath from my family's past that plotted their murders.
I remember having dreams when I would falsely "wake up" 3 or 4 times before actually waking up, it's crazy scary
There a movie called dead awake it about sleep paralysis
Hmm?
Got to watch
Alright
I had sleep paralysis right after You Made this video

Woke up to go to the toilet in the night, as I'm sat there something starts wrapping and clawing up my leg. I try to shout out for help but can't make any sound. Terrified and confused I look frantically for something to grab hold of but all I saw was the outline of a demonic face with piercing red eyes. The eyes then faded into one and I woke up again seeing only the red standby light on my TV I looked at the time and it was about 3:30 am. Ended up being wide awake for the rest of the night
I’ve had this happen before when in a really deep sleep, all I can say is, make sure you’re really awake before you walk to the bathroom lol
Life Tip for ya...
If you ever have a dream and there's a toilet, don't use it! Almost everyone that I've ever known that has been using the bathroom in their sleep, has actually wet their bed 😅
That One Person I’ve never wet the bed...... am I normal
Nahhhh...
I can't use it anyway!
Nope I only peed my pants
Uh, I use the toilet in my dreams regularly, yet I haven't wet my bed. Lmao I can lock my muscles, it's a reflex now. So dream me can use toilet, while non dream me reflexively locks muscles to prevent accidents.
Yup I’m 22 and this happened to me about a year ago. I was so embarrassed.

Well I've had sleep paralysis does that count?
Probs not, but eh. Also, I bet that your sleep demon thing is Endeavor
Sleep paralysis is actually fun after you get use to them.
Yes mabe

So lucid dreaming?
Kind of, but not exactly. False awakening is when you wake up in your dreams and keep thinking you woke up in real life and keeps happening.

I’ve had about 6 false awakening in a row once not lying and it was a nightmare
My false awakening was me waking up, getting out of bed, and turning the lights on, then somehow being back in bed. 12 times, before I actually woke.
one time i had a dream that my dad never came back from the corner store
wait am i still sleeping😱☹️
That sounds awful
@Apple ikr
Geez there's a lot of complications and horror involved with sleep, it actually makes me kind of glad to be an insomniac...

Excellent video and topic... would like a part 2 to this!

Thats sleep paralysis it seems
Thankyou for the longer video Danny!! We appreciate it. Oh yeah yeah.
Has anyone ever fallen asleep while doing homework and dreamt that you finished it and woke up realizing you didn’t finish it...just me?

I've had a multiple false awakening before. Three times in a row. I am still struggling with knowing this could be a dream too, but it's unlikely.
I've had a dream where it was sunny out and I woke up to turn my alarm clock off when I got to it it went off in my dream and in real life. Weird.

I'm not falling for that. Nice try

I did not fall for it
When I’m having a dream I’m almost ALWAYS aware I’m dreaming and I can force myself awake until I just wake up without force, just my body waking me up at the end of my dream or when I’m supposed to wake up. It’s weird but normal for me
I made it sound super complicated
Okay, this happened to me once! So, I had a dream where I was on a farm and I was sleeping in a bed, then I heard a soothing voice say "Wake up, it's time to work" so, I woke up, thinking I actually woke up into reality. I remember being petrified because, I didn't wake up into reality, this happened almost five years ago.
These stories where really good. Part 2 please
Its good to know other people have dreams that feel cinematic, like there are camera angles and different views. I thought it was rare but I'm discovering more people do.
This just happened to me oh man false awakening
I get this all the time and it’s hard to discern what’s real and what’s a dream

Love the Weird topic. How would someone be diagnosed with you're just dreaming?
Its happened to me but I thought I was peeing in real life on the toilet....but guess what....I peed in bed

Deja vu
I learned how to control my dreams then I stop having dreams and nightmares
False awakenings are a good way to have a lucid dream
Lol lucid dream is a song
@@xburdenx3027 oh yeah
Especially if your having multiple dreams.... time to fly and have sex!!!! 😂😂😂
Is it just me or is Danny like.. the best story teller on here..?
SO GOOOOD! PLEEEEEZ PART 2!!!
Nice icon 😎
Is it weird that I never dream, I just think. Sometimes I see the ceiling, the usual thing I'd see if I was awake. Sometimes though, I move my head to see a poster I have of Loki, which is in black and white, that I have because I love marvel. It blinks, sometimes even smiles. It's weird because it looks so normal! Lol, I'm a freakin freak
Everyone dreams, even if u can't remember your dreams u still dream. You go into rem sleep which everyone needs for the brain and body to recover.
Good thing I don’t ever sleep
You must be a ghost then, because death occurs after a certain amount of not sleeping.
You know when you're actually are awake because you feel exhausted. In false awakenings the tired, groggy feeling is absent
This was a really long video. I love it. ❤️
If you use the toilet in your dream don't because then your gonna pee yourself
Yeah...
The scariest false awakening ive had goes something like this...
I woke up and everything seemed okay i got out of bed and got ready for school i looked in the mirror to do my hair only to realise there was blood coming out of my eyes, ears, nose and mouth... naturally my first instinct was to scream, but doing so only made more blood come out so i closed my mouth... after about 5 minutes i realised that there was a message being spelt in blood on my window saying ‘Dont turn around...’ i turned around and saw dark figures moving around, whispering indistinctly and i couldnt hear what they were saying... then they charged at me..... i ‘woke up’ again and everything was normal... well, more or less, the only difference was my parents and brothers had black buttons for eyes and extra limbs... i thought it might be a hallucination and that i was just sleep deprived... but when i went to school and saw blood dripping out of my schoolmates ears eyes mouths and noses i knew it wasnt... my parents woke me up the next morning telling me to stop screaming and to cry quieter because i was ‘disturbing my brothers’........ parents of the year award right here
Wow shame on your parents
Very good video!!! More like this. Make video about CRAZY lucid dreaming and astral projection experiences. Please!!?
