Sorry for the noob question but, you'd still need to pay real estate tax even if you will not yet be building on your land for the next 5-10 years, right? If so, briefly, what are the differences in terms of tax amount/rate for sitting/idle land, currently being built-on land (assuming it takes roughly the whole year to build), and land with an already standing residential structure?
