Oh god, not Megaworld, please. Not a good developer. We need eco friendly focused developers who care more about beauty and function rather than profit-focused tycoons who endlessly focus on making money. I'd rather have San Vicente untouched with no resorts 10,000,000x than have another developer ruin this other beautiful beach of ours.

This is my 2nd condo I'm renting.as i observed mas ok ang quality ng bldg na nirerentahan ko s Solinea condo under Ayala Land developer. Smooth ang finishing ng wall. At hndi mainit ang wall after 5pm.. Pero dto ngayon n nirerentahan ko n under s TAFT EAST GATE CEBU.. Is sobrang init ng wall 7pm nko nag touch s wall ang init parin both are in sunset side.. Sa wall s hallway hndi malinis pg paint. Then pg built ng buult in cabinet dto. Mkikita na hndi malinis pgka install.. May balcony lang talaga dto. Unlike s isa wlang balcony and still studio type. Sa shower cubicle dto kailangan ang tubig e sweep mo pa sa strainer nag popondo ang tubig sbkabilang side. Hindi mitikoloso ang foreman dto na side.. Maganda lang sa Lobby😂🙏😍❤️😂🤣😔🫥😂🌹

it's in alimanguan San Vicente we been there last February.with my afam partner.we stayed in Victoria beach house.next yr we going to move there because my partner loved the place and so we brought a house and lot in near to beach .I loved to go to that rocklet and I found out there's a cave behind and arch rock formation behind that rock

Madadaanan mo talaga ang San Vicente from Puerto Princesa. Sikat lang talaga ang El Nido at ang Coron, kaya hindi napupuntahan ang San Vicente. The Ayala Group of Companies see the potential of San Vicente, kaya malaki ang investment nila in the long terms. Kaya nagtayo sila ng exclusive private airport and resorts. They're hoping more investments to capitalize San Vicente as a potential hub for Palawan. Local and Palawan government should strict, protect and implement proper designs, to make it modern at the same time aesthetic to the natural world of San Vicente, and Palawan's biodiversity. Palawan is a perfect island to invests in properties, land, hotels, resorts and logistics, kasi right next to the South China Sea lang siya, and can transport goods to and pro of Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

many beaches are better than Boracay. They are just in other countries. Filipinos always hyping themselves up. this is because of too much underachievement and inferiority

San Vicente and Nacpan beach in Palawan will be the next beach to go. Most of the beach front properties were already purchased by big Philippine Corporation. The new airport will soon have more airlines coming in. So this will be a tourist mecca.
