Me too but we called it "Bang!" The middle person is the Sheirff, when 2 players still stand we settle it like cowboys (back-to-back and take a number of steps until Sheirff says Bang! or in this game Splat!
kirai reito Same here! We did drama for school
Aww , this must be so much fun
Me too
I love theatre games!!!!
We played this in my theatre classes ~15yrs ago and called it "Bang!" I'm guessing the change in name of to be mindful of school shootings... Lol
We always play this but we say bang
We call this duck bang at my school
Instead of pointing we do
“Duck [name]”
And the two say bang instead of splat
Today I played this game with two classes at my school
I see a lot of variations but We play it exactly like this but at the end when we go back to back the word is still ‘Splat’ and the person says something beginning the S that sounds like splat until they say splat.
We played this game in drama club
Used this vid for my homework 🤣
I played this game in pe ALL the time
I play this game at school this was our tutorial but our teacher allows us to say bang or splat.
i go to this academy!
Nice
We play this but we say bang

0:18
I play at school it’s so fun
same
Rioja??
i always lose at that
lol we wam someone and say bam first or loudest
And the skill developed is..?
This one is very much a fun and physical group warm up and should be used at the very start of a session in order to get players physically engaged and ready to work but if you are looking for skill development then, it does encourage listening, focus, action & reaction, awareness of the other and... as an added bonus, it's lots of fun so, it should create a tangible buzz of excitement which is never a bad way to start a session! Enjoy :).
