My total income is $23000 and we have 3 kids that makes it family of 5. My question is: Can I amended my return to my the requirement? My husband has Tax ID can he file tax and add his income to mine? I also wanted to make an appointment to come and see you

I make enough to sponsor my fiancé for greencard. However, I was curious with so many people living multi generation homes using all the income that comes into the home. In reviewing the form there is a section for other income from others living in the home. Like say someone's mother lives with them and two children. You would put your income, in one section. I think another section income of mother, and say the children's child support. All the household members 5 would be listed as well as their income they use to help support themselves. You are not solely financially responsible for all 5 members.
My mother is petitioning my sister from the Philippines. But since she is already 86 years old, she needs a Co-Sponsor to fill out an Affidavit of Support. She lives with her nephew. Can her nephew be a co-sponsor with her since they live in the same household? There are 3 people in the household and they live in California.

I have $13000 in additional 1099 income. However, NVC says since only $13,000 plus the $1088 applies toward my gross income on my federal tax return, i do not meet the minimum income to sponsor my spouse . Is the correct? As i believe my income should used in excess of $41000, after taxes.

I made enough money to sponsor my wife last year and they are waiting on me to send the affidavit of support, but I am currently with her in Ukraine and don’t go back to work until mid May. Should I wait until I go back to work so I can put something on current income or should I just write ( seasonally unemployed) and they will hopefully approve based on my last year‘s tax return? I work seasonal in Alaska and I have a letter I can send them to show I am part of a union, it’s not that I’m really unemployed my work is just seasonal. Thanks
Child support I wonder if we can use under the part someone else's income in the household. I will have three people in home, I should be able to document childsupport. Not so much to use on my spouse but to use on my son, a dependent. Then the rest of income would be used for self and spouse.

What types of income have to be shown. Mostly everyone was layoff until now doing Covic. Being paid in 2021 from UE.
