Trying to slow down ~ Casual Chat video ~ Trying to break away from "Hustle Habits"

Hi everyone
Apologies, the holiday last week really threw me off so I'm sorry for the slightly delayed video!
Just a casual chat video talking about my struggles with dealing with the need to work and ironically, hustle to get videos made and find work despite my decision in wanting to slow down.
Habits take time to form and I think an even longer time to break. I'm just try to remind myself to be kind in this transitional time.
What are some habits you're are trying to form?
What are some bad ones you're trying to break?
