How to clean your Blackstone Griddle?

There’s so many different ways people do it. That’s pretty much how I do it. Sometimes I use a little water while still hot to steam of stuck on gunk. 👍

I understand but I never use water.

@@MillersMenu i only do if i cook something high in sugar, i can't scrape it off so i add some water to soften it, i do it with the heat ON, i think that makes the difference and makes if safe.
