Let’s go the deadman is one of pro wrestlings greatest pioneers in both inside and outside the ring storytelling and otherwise. This will surely be a classic ⚱️
I grew up watching Hammer House of Horror when I was a kid so by the time I was 13 at the Undertaker's debut, I was already primed for that character. As the character evolved I ate it up as I love horror movies and could spot all the references/influences. I also got in to Heavy Metal around that time so the character resonated on a few different levels. The ascension thing had me riveted as that was straight out of occult folklore and horror movies. Even as I got older the stuff with Mankind and Kane was cool.
I wonder how many times The Swiss Superman was told to "Run with the Ball"" only to have his legs cut right off from under him ? Crazy under utilized and criminally underrated
@1:21:42, Stone Cold was the first to be strapped to Taker's Symbol in late 98, followed by Big Boss Man, Ryan and Ken Shamrock, then Stephanie McMahon before finally Taker himself courtesy of Stone Cold before the dreaded and tragic Over the Edge event!
is JR saying Austin and Taker disliked each other back then? It's a little hard to tell what he means by "I thought they had chemistry but the talent involved didn't think so" or the couple different variations on how "the talent didn't think so" that he says. I don't want to misconstrue it.
Conrad should part out his videos in to topics.. the title of what he puts his videos, and then make another playlist of him putting over AEW that no one wants to listen to.
I feel like he should have retired with the streak in tact imo. Do u know how hard wrestlemania 25 was for those of us hardcore taker and HBK fans? I could've decide who i wanted to win that night
40 mins of aew blowing before they talk about the reason people listin make an aew pod o wait no gives a dam stop baiting us wit wwe to sell aew garbage
45:00 wow what a dumb question by conrad of course not thats another reason cant stand people say how loyal to vince he was. he had to be vince owned his entire gimmick
The wcw/ecw invasion failed because it lacked star caliber leadership Scott Steiner, Goldberg, Sting, the nwo were all missing Ddp Booker T, and rvd were the only bright spots.
Everybody loves to dump on Hogan but look at the picture at 54:00. His head is knocked to the side, Taker unwittingly kneed Hulk in the neck when he dropped him. Sure his head was nowhere near the mat, but Hulk definitely landed wrong.
Why is it that when your talking to Jim Cornet you talk nothing but shit about AEW and when your talking to good ol’ JR you talk as if your a huge fan and AEW is the best thing in wrestling Conrad
Before mark became the undertaker , there was a guy already using the character in southern wrestling. Maybe they should research that before saying vince created the character. Which he didn’t. He just copyrighted it.
Undertaker Talk Starts at 37:07
Thank you dude....I was listening the podcast version and forgot what the episode was about.
Thanks brah
Thank you 😊

They'll never ever be another gimmick like the November 90-September 99 Undertaker.

Geez 40mins before they even start talking about the actual topic.....come on Conrad.....
Conman can't help himself.
Get a grip
Take advantage of the time you have to listen to Jim Ross and enjoy it. One day you’ll be missing 40 mins of JR just talking about current events.
Listen and learn
@@AfterNothingsEnd
I'll watch He'll in a Cell if I miss JR

JR ripping darts inside is a mood
Happy Birthday Jim!
Undertaker I loved it when he was a heel especially his biker heel he was funny as a heel

Happy Belated birthday JR
Ascending to heaven, ASCENDING!😁
He states his new years resolution is to get healthy..
Immediately lights a cigarette!
The GOAT
I thought that this episode was supposed to be about the undertaker
Rock stays ready...he doesn't have to do sht except show everyone how to cut a promo....Rocks an athlete. Always believable.
How can Jim Ross say he wants to get healthy while at the same time smoking his cigarettes?
Exactly..I don't get it either
He's stupid.
The Dead Man

Undertaker!
I'm surprised no mention was his Casket Match with Kamala where Kamala claimed he was only paid $13,000 and claimed Undertaker got paid $500,000.
Before he got there
@@Midge-xn9tp Thank you. I had forgot.
I heard UNDERTAKER say he kinda became the leader around the Montreal ìncident.
This is not being rude at all to such a legend. But, put the playback speed on 1.5x and it's easier to follow the stories.
Here we go football football football🙄🙄
I was surprised that we lost to the Wildcats better next year though

Chemistry means they didn't gel well in the ring, not a personality clash. Different styles.
Undertaker starts at 37:02

Please Pray for JR he having health issues, as he lights up a cigarette lol
I feel like he should have retired with the streak in tact imo. Do u know how hard wrestlemania 25 was for those of us hardcore taker and HBK fans? I could've decide who i wanted to win that night
40 mins of aew blowing before they talk about the reason people listin make an aew pod o wait no gives a dam stop baiting us wit wwe to sell aew garbage
Eddie vs Jon looked like a handicap mma fight.
It was embarrassing to watch
jr cant even remember the legendary nassau coliseum wtf 🤣
Higher power i think was meant to be hogan, it would have to be a bigger wwe name then undertaker and vince was trying to steal hogan back in 98
Tb500 can help heal
Keep complaining about your health as you smoke those cigarettes.
😂

Picture proves nothing, my guy. And given Hulksters well documented history of fabricating absolute bullshit, I'm siding with Taker on this.
😂@@chico1680
Nice try but absolutely not. Not even close.
Hulk was lying. everyone that was there saw that he was lying. Hogan is a cartoonish liar
Podcast privileged
I'm not watching that 3 way, that's absolutely disgusting.

Enough babbling about your health JR onward and upward we all gotta get on with it now let's get to The Undertaker
While hes puffing on a cigarette like an old woman😅
🤣🤣🤣@@Rschr101
Typical Jim Ross behavior- Do as I say not as I do, while sitting there acting all pious ,poe faced/pretentious. Gotta🤣🤣🤣
Totally man😂
