- G'day, it's time for plagiarism.
Metallica's new song from their new album 72 Seasons "Inamorata" rides on an identical lick from Lenny Kravitz's "Are You Gonna Go My Way"
For copyright reasons I do not own either of these songs, just showing the similarities.
"Theres only 12 notes" screams every guitarist ever
THANK YOU! I'm not alone. That's all I could hear was Lenny Kravitz when listening. Everybody is screaming "My Friend of Misery", "Outlaw Torn", etc... and I'm over here thinking "Are ya gonna go my way"....
"People who don't play guitar discover hammer ons and think Lenny Kravitz invented them."
But……………//
There was an album that came out by Metallica in the early 90s before Lenny kravitz was around. Many people don’t know about it because it’s like a demo/live album and the same main riff was on it. The cover of the cd said “Metallica MP”
check in 2003 the song ( TEMPTATION) (darknes) and some lick in AJFA(song).
Yep. Exactly what I thought. And one riff sounds like "children of revolution" by T-Rex as well.
Super!! Love this!!“♪♪♥
Thanks man, that's the only thing that I can hear during the verse
This is funny
It's funny to see how a 42 year old band keeps putting the work of other's bands into their "songs" and they call that "INSPIRATION" 🐒
