Just got my PCL, upgrade from G2. Holy crap the difference in clarity and detail. I am waiting for my prescription lenses to be made for the new headset. Rigged a microfiber towel to add a buffer so my glasses from touching the headset. Flew the Apache around Baghdad and the level of detail I can now see with a wider field of focus and view.
@THEGHOSTMAKER1 I can confidently say that no other headset on the market matches this one in terms of clarity and performance at this price point. What you see in the video is exactly what I see inside the headset, and if you’re rocking a 4090, you can expect that same incredible quality. With Prime, you get 14 days to try it out risk-free. If it doesn’t blow you away, you can return it at no cost and get a full refund. It’s all clearly stated on their site, so you can see the quality for yourself firsthand. You can also get $80 off.. So, what are you waiting for? 😂 Thanks for watching, as always, man!!
Uhh, the Oculus Rift S was my first VR headset. Upgrading from the Rift to the Crystal is like jumping from the original PlayStation to the PlayStation 5, it’s a completely different experience. The Crystal is the first VR headset capable of delivering a truly crystal-clear image, setting a new standard for visual fidelity. Obviously, the more powerful your PC is, the less optimization is required, allowing you to maintain incredible image quality without compromise. The first time I saw the visuals, I was absolutely amazed, it was a jaw-dropping experience!
VR is always very hardware-demanding, but I was able to achieve decent performance and quality with an RTX 3080 and an i7-12700. Obviously, the more horsepower your system has, the better quality and performance you can achieve, without compromises. One great thing about this headset is that it offers various optimization methods that allow you to fine-tune performance and image quality to match your hardware capabilities. This flexibility ensures a smooth and immersive experience, even on systems that aren’t top-of-the-line.

Cool vid! How do you get that pilotview where you see the pilot from the front?
Thanks for watching!! In VR. I use my headset as a camera.
I havent touched VR since the first Oculus Rift came out, but sold it after about two weeks due to the pixelation.... Is it really that clear now?
Yes. The Pimax Crystal Light is very clear. Just requires a beefy PC

I know it's a video game, but always makes me cringe when people jettison stores over a city...
