Brilliant. I used to know this method, but old age and wicked living have clearly affected my brain. I travel with a tiny teddy who has sartorial pretensions and a fondness for fancy vests. I’ve been insisting that if I can manage with just carry on, so can he. He can now have three little vests with six different looks.

I am trying to download the pattern and when I click here is the pattern thing it goes to some other thing? How do I get the pattern since it is free?
As the patterns appeared in Make and Sew Toys magazine you need to scroll down that page till you see 'view all issue templates'. Click onto the second page and download issue 5, the pattern are called 'Sarah's summer wardrobe'. Hope this helps, c x

I came back to print the templates but it keeps taking me to a magazine page and I cant find part 1 of this tunic... I may be wrong but I thought it was a free pattern .. thank you
All the patterns we do are free but we do ask that you sign up to whichever magazine is hosting it. You can then get access to loads more templates and patterns and if you don't want to stay I'm fairly sure you can unsubscribe. The Crafts Channel is owned by the magazine publishers and run as an additional service to our readers so we don't have our own website to host the patterns on. Hope this helps? I would like to make this for my friends granddaughters doll whitch is 30inch tall, would I just enlarge the pattern by 50%
I think that should work. The tunic is quite long, 40% might do it, and this will ensure the chest measurement isn't too wide, c x
I have a terrible time with the arm holes especially the under arm seam
