I’d consider it, I have the Netflix version and ever since I got back into collecting I’ve been dying to get my hands on the original. The reissue is so tempting, but I already have 86 preordered and I think this is just going to go by the wayside for me
Tbh he’s still my favorite mainline prime figure. Don’t get me wrong the new 86 figure looks tempting. But like with MP-10, I think this figure’s design is a perfect balance between the original G1 toy and the G1 cartoon appearance incorporating the best of both worlds. With some 3D printed accessories, trailer upgrade kit, and toyhax stickers you can really make quite the Optimus Prime figure.
This is a good figure and the SS86 looks very good too, but I still love my Siege Prime and am sticking with him for my display. I am excited for the new Legacy deluxe class one because toy trumps toon for me. Nice to hear your thoughts as always. 👍
I really enjoy the Siege figure and I regret selling it. It is my favourite Prime figure, besides the TFA Voyager. That new Deluxe looks incredible and I will probably pick it up! Thanks for watching
i got the netflix takara version of this prime but i dont feel strong enough on the new 86 figure to buy it. Like the commander class ultra magnus. I didnt feel there was enough difference to buy a new figure to replace the Kingdom ultra magnus.
