She has a beautiful set up there and, for California, even the lot rent is reasonable. She was fortunate to find a finished tiny home that so completely met her needs!
Charming and inviting but I would feel resentful having to pay so much just to rent the space to put it on. Living in Mexico was my alternative to building a tiny house. People here aren't rushing, stressed or angry and that is game changing.
It's gorgeous but, i wouldnt want to have to scoot out of my bed then, fly down the down the stairs, because there are no railings!!!...I'm from Connecticut, we love tea too.
The lot size is rare for a tiny home. Normally they are crammed in like an RV Park. It does look nice and peaceful at your spot and you get to have your garden/plants/privacy. The space rent cost is pricey especially when you go to retire and collect Social Security - OUCH
This tiny house looks like a giant closet and just as claustrophobic and messy! Space rent is ridiculous especially for someone who is retired. And with this being California, they will continually up that rent until you can't afford it. I know...I live in Northern California.
Ridiculous. $1200 per month for space rent so you have NO privacy, can hear neighbors barking dogs or a whatever might be going on. Her house and her surroundings is not my idea of tiny house living.
I fell in love with this lovely home and gardens! Violet - you are precious. Thank you for sharing with us!

Violet, what a wonderful, warm and inviting home you have created. Blessings.
Such a wonderfully creative and beautiful space. It’s just perfect!
love it but what i don`t get is the high lot rents. for that price you could get a nice apartment all costs included.
Half that price would have been enough already imo. Horrible prices.
Where?
Great ideas! Lovely situation! Nice aesthetic! Thanks for sharing!!

Whoa! Thats alot for the lot! Geezus!
Now THAT's a closet i could live with! ... .In Texas we use YELLOW light bulbs outside to repel bugs
Maybe add a cover on the AC and wheels for photographing. Still perfect. 😊
