For off road much better, for road less top speed and slightly more fuel consumption, as there is some efficiency loss.
It limits suspension travel. This has something like 6" front and 8" rear. Pretty pathetic...
Yea correct you lose those up travel , that’s how the suspension works , compensating the lift height
So in other words I guess you have to sacrifice something in return of something else ( Advantages vs disadvantages )
