Piece of advice. Since you are like me skinny and you're into eating fruits. You don't want to go on just these runs. You want to start getting into sprinting and resting. Sprinting and resting. And you want to get into resistance training exercises to build muscle as long as you have enough energy. Oh, cool as i started writing this you went into sharing that you have a friend that gave you a regimen and you went to the gym. Hehe. Resistance training will help you with muscle. But you need to be mindful of your energy. You have to really be aware of how much energy your body has. Notice how you were feeling after you went to the gym, you felt like you needed to rest and your body felt a resurgence of energy when you had more watermelon. I know exactly what you mean. I would totally remake your training regimen into doing less with MORE results. Get to the root and strike the root. I'd have you moving less but adding more strength. I've had you spend less time at the gym. You don't want to do high repetitions if any repetitions. If there was a place I can send you things I'd send them to you to give you other options you can try out if you haven't tried them. Remember our bodies are really slim and we LOVE fruits. Lol. But eating alot of fruit will give our bodies tons of energy. But we need to learn to use that energy as wisely as we can.
Ooh spaghetti. Italians never use sauce or marinara. Only use crushed tomatoes to make their own sauce. Like with extra virgin olive oil to soften shallots garlic kalamata olives mushrooms Italian seasoning protein choice
I'd probably have you do resistance training on Mondays, sprinting and stretching on Tuesdays, back to resistance training on Wednesdays, sprinting and stretching on Thursdays, resistance on Fridays and resting the whole weekend. You could lay off some sprinting depending on how much energy you have but I'd keep the resistance training and stretching back to back not on the same days. These exercises would be so strong that you could do them 2 or 3 times a week and rest the weekend because your body would need it but with eating fruits your recoveries would be sweet.
That whole running a mile you want to cut that off. Get into resistance only training and when you run, do sprints and rest. Get into isometrics and static holding exercises using your body weight and also weights. It'll be a life changer.
My husband had gastroparesis. He is taking Creon pancreatic enzymes and it's helping. I don't know if it would help you but you could ask your doctor. It's expensive but might be a game changer. God bless
I wouldn't do to much on a fast.. more you do the more your body will need fuel,each to their own but personally I would plan a fast and do as lil as possible while fasting, than depending on how long I fast I'll introduce solids slowly,, hope ya dis well anyways..

You should swing by an Amen Clinic at some point and get your brain scanned. It's a bit pricey but overlooking brain health is something you can't afford to do. They can help you with any stress, anxiety, compulsions, behaviors, feelings that you may be having issues with.
