Hello Bill, extremely good to see you are “still here“, but unfortunately now tackling skin cancer (albeit going in the right direction). I hope the sciatica starts to feel better soon. Just wanted to drop in and say hello, and to let you know I’m following all your latest videos. Take care my friend 🙏
Hi Neil! Good to hear from you. Thank you for your kind wishes. I do hope you are doing well and keeping your positive attitude. The sunshine is coming...hope you get to spend lots of time in that lovely summer house! ☀️ 😃
Hi Bill! It's great to see you out in the fresh air and sunshine today. It sounds like you're headed in the right direction as far as your health regimen. Keep up the good work!
Hi Kim. Sorry to hear that. My dad has one on his ear which should be treated but it's just so difficult to get him to hospital as he has no mobility now. We have been monitoring it for months now and thankfully it hasn't worsened and doesn't bother him. Hope you get yours treated soon and it causes no issues for you. Good to hear from you
Hi Bill! Love to see you out in the beautiful springtime weather. I like it when youtubers show their surroundings because that's probably the only way I'll ever get to see it. We also have MyChart in the US. Funny how drugs have different effects on different people: oxy always calms my gut down, as well as helping my damn neuropathy pain. Glad you seem to have caught your skin cancer early enough to beat it. Melanoma is scary stuff.
Hi Brad! Good to hear from you. Hope you are doing well. I do actually enjoy that woozy feeling when tablets work in the right way but thus time I think I was combining too many. Anyway, I'm on the mend now. The skin cancer seems such small potatoes after what else we've been through, but it still has to be dealt with. Best wishes my friend
Hi Nel! Great to hear from you. God bless you too. You were having such a difficult time with your health and your pain. I hope things are better for you now.
I had have sciatica as a result of a slipped disc from landscaping work and I'm 30, strengthening the muscles with exercise and time were the only two things to help for me, keep active bill.
It's horrible Jack. Sorry you have this problem so young. I was 20 when an Xray showed bulging discs & wear and tear on my lumbar spine which I blame on sport. A physio at the time told me if I didn't do regular back exercises I would have problems later in life. So true. I have a weekday morning routine of exercises which start with knee rolls and build up to more strenuous stuff. Been doing this ever since. My health issues in the last 3 years have limited my ability to do this and I am paying the price. I'll start again asap. Look after yourself my friend
Hello! Nice to hear from you. Still waiting for an appointment for the next excisions. Chased up a few times, but I'm afraid they seem very slow. Hoping it's because they are not too worried about me 🤞. Hope all is well with you ❤️
@@billrogersburp still the waiting game, I see. I'm sure that's all it is, not as worried, and that's a good thing. Glad you're doing okay otherwise..all good here, thanks for asking! ❤ Will patiently await your next update😁
Bill, good to see you. My Father has trouble with the sciatic nerve also. Nothing helped him until his Doctor gave him Gabapentin. Have you ever tried that? Be well my friend. ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸
It certainly is Barb. I've had it before but this episode was the worst. It's so much worse than just a bad back. A horrible gnawing pain that can't be settled. Hope you never have it again.

Great news regarding the biopsy results.

Hi Joan. Not heard of that but thanks for the tip. I am improving slowly so hoping it won't last too long. It's literally such a pain! ❤️
Gabapentin is really not good for you
@@billrogersburp always better to try and do it without the drugs. Feel better my friend.
