1 white sausage
Boiled pork 150-200 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Celery root 50 gr.
half a carrot
water 2 liters
Mushrooms 5 pcs.
2 slices of brown bread
Mairan spices.
Seasoning for zhurek (1 pack 49 gr).
3 cloves of garlic
Salt
Sour cream 150 gr.
1 egg yolk
vinegar 2 tablespoons
2 eggs
