(this passive is ass again stop at 3 star if you are massive whale) danger close (Frosty grace exclusive) : 1st passive extra mp rengen on pistols (really good since her ult is a really good button to press specially at her ex) , 2nd passive : raises her increase ice dmg from SS (again needs SS to do anything as per usual) to 30% from 20% up to 40% this is really good since isnt additive like oms banshee tune is multiplicative , 3rd passive makes her qte a fk nuke that also increases everyone ice dmg by 20% (surprisingly really strong 4 star passive that makes it better than SA in ice lineup so if you are whale really good but still i think is not worth it) eye of death (Fist of Salvation exclusive): 1st passive does fk nothing swtiching from one form to the other barely does any dmg to begin with , 2nd passive increases his SS passive fire pen from 30% to 47% (again needs SS) or 65% at 3 star (this is fk massive since well spoiler alert that passive is what makes him better than Peerless Legend and also is cheaper than getting peerless going) , 3rd passive sets his ultimate cost to 4 bars instead of 10 (is a really good passive specially beacuse it allows you to not stack like 100% mp regen on him and actually build him to do dmg so his qte and ult do a chunk of the team dmg .... pity is his last passive and requires 5 copies of the weapon but is really good passive non the less)
