Butter (clarified if possible) and high temp oil, 2 minutes per side. looking for 125*-130* max. Take em out. Pad of good butter on top. Wait 5-10 minutes. Pour a glass of nice red wine and enjoy. Never understood why people think seed oils are the one thing people should cut out when they're already drinking and smoking and stuff. Not saying people shouldn't drink and smoke, just saying that if you want to be healthier, you should cut those out first.
