The Spirit Class ships have a select number of balcony cabins that overlook the life boats and have deeper balconies than standard balcony cabins.
And just eight of the Extended Balcony cabins that are next to the aft elevator bank have an extra special balcony... 4 of them are Accessible cabins, but the other 4 are available to everyone!

Why I love balconies, doesn't even need to be extended. Had 5 of us on a regular for sail away and it was AWESOME!!!!

How did you get the loungers
We are scheduled for room 6232 on the August 7th, 2022 cruise on the Legend. Bowling alley balcony!

Is the fridge in the room an actual fridge, or is it like an ice chest?
Carnival's mini fridges do actually cool but not very fast and because they're in a cabinet, the heat from the fridge's compressor keeps the fridge from being able to cool efficiently. So I recommend 1) only putting a few items in at a time (once cold, you can add more), and b) leave the cabinet door open so that the heat can vent out. This is an unfortunate tripping hazard, but it's the only way to get the fridges to work.
Excel class (Mardi Gras, Celebration, Jubilee) fixed this issue by leaving the door off the space where the fridges are, which is really nice.

We do. I’ve been using the Value internet. It was faster on Horizon and Mardi Gras. It’s good for general use. Not the best for uploading videos, but it gets the job done eventually lol.
Were they able to bring you the lounge? I'm looking to book with 2 other adults (ladies cruise) and I know the regular balconies are cramped with 2 chairs. I'd like all 3 of us to be able to out on the balcony. Thank you for the video.
We were able to convince our steward that the balcony was supposed to have loungers on it and that they were removed during the shut down. I can't confirm or deny if they're still there.
I've been on the Legend a few times - but just wondering the "stage" on the Lido between Guys and Blue I has been "upgraded" for movies to be shown? Thanks for any information and enjoy your cruise!

I wonder if we can request a lounger on this balcony room. Those two little chairs and table look so small and lonley.

How was the noise being so close to elevators?
Thanks for watching! We didn’t have any noise. But our sailing was at very low capacity due to 1) kids still weren’t able to get vaccinated yet and 2) a last minute itinerary change from Bermuda to Bahamas that resulted in a ton of cancellations.
Is the bathroom mirror rusted?
I don't think it's rust, but yes its corroded on the back side of the glass.

I believe they mostly did public space renovations and left the cabins as-is. I was onboard before the omicron variant, so I can't really say what it's like now. Get the booster before you cruise!
