Hi I'm from Australia and my parents were from Licata Sicily, I see you have been to lovely Canicatti, well Licata is just a bit further down south seaside. Please find the time to go there and sample some Licatese cuisine, the local granita and gelato brioche, the local BBQ is wonderful. The first and last time I went there was in 1977 and I fell in love with Licata, if you do go there I know you will too. Please let me know if you ever plan to go there soon, would make my day! Ps, love what you guys do, keep doing it as you show the world the beauty of Sicily!
