Dude I just want to say thank you so much for your time and videos. I’m looking to purchase my first 250x in about a month and that’s how I ran across your videos. Greatly appreciate all your wisdom and tips.
Yeah, I actually use a headlight in the winter months since it's so dark all the time. Have a look at my channel, there is a video about it on there :)
Hey Jason I just got a 23 250x as well what are you running for jetting ? Does the new throttle position sensor affect jetting on these new ones ? Just curious what you run and what elevation
check out JD jetting kit. I installed one on my 2019 250x and it really smoothed out the curve. G2 throttle tamer makes it even more woods friendly. I've done a lot more since then like dropping a tooth in the front, Apex head, GYTR flywheel and Smart carb. Those mods were pricey but completely transformed the bike.
@@kellycrawford6133 I've stuck with the Stock Keihin carb and on my 2021 250X and it does great. I ride it from around 2000' elevation to upwards of 6000' elevation and it does great. I'm currently running my carb with a 175 main, 48 pilot i believe which is one down from stock and if 48 is stock than I'm one size down from that. I also moved the needle clip one position up on the stock needle. Didn't touch the power jet. I'm also running a fmf turbine core 2.0 with the spark arrestor, they run better without a spark arrestor. On top of all that I changed to a 13 in the front and put a GYTR flywheel on it and Its got great amounts of grunt and lugs super well. If you don't ride a massive elevation swing say like 2000' to like 8000' then don't buy a smart carb or a lectron until last. And personally I think the smart carb is a better design if you do go that route. I should also add that I ride at sea level or near it and I do have to rejet my bike for down there but I go up a size on my main and pilot and thats it. I would also say get a cylinder head before you get a pipe or any other engine mods as i've heard those make the biggest difference on the bike.

Thank you for the support! Appreciate it, and if you pick up a 250x let me know! Happy to answer any questions you might have 🤙
Thanks for the video helped me a lot
How do you use this fan and how long the battery provides for the use of the fan? Thanks in advance!
@elcincero321 I use it when going slow, it lasts maybe 4-5 hours
Could you add a LED headlight like an enduro one?

Very resourceful. Dang tho. Seems like a pain to do air filters
The whole thing just pulls out and flops on the side of the bike. Very chill
@@JasonHamborg Nice, looking into this. Thanks for the video my friend
Where our the links at?
Bruh!! I apologize. Added the links in the description now!
How long it last with a full charge with fan and light combine
I've never ran the fan and light together until it dies... but fine for 1-2 hours
How do you have the battery mounted?
It's a little aluminium holder that came with my prototype e-starter. But honestly you could use some hanger strap or something I am sure.

What battery are you using?
It's made by Antigravity.
I’ve never boiled a yz in over 200 hours
