This is what DIRT BIKES are all about! - Yamaha YZ250X on the pipe!
Every spring before the trails thaw out, we find ourselves heading to the sand pits, climbing and trying to get our legs back under us. At the end of this session I found myself so dang happy! Good friends, 2 strokes and endless climbing possibilities. So hyped!!

Sand Motos = HARD WORK! Trying to get FASTER (and less fat) this Spring.
มุมมอง 1.1K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
Every year the snow melts, but the trails are muddy and icy. So we head to the sand pits, the first chance to get off studs and put some time on the bike. Unfortunately it's often a rude wake up call because sand isn't very friendly if you're just trying to cruise around... there's a certain level of intensity you need to stay upright. Our routine on the day was as follows: 1 x 10 minute warm u...

How much difference is there between the 250x and 250 suspension? I’m starting to lean towards mx more but have always gotten by on an XC over an SX. But now that ktm has went full blown tech with the tbi and an electric PV I’m out. Heading to YZ, just cant decide between x or non x.

Will you be using studded tires in the race? 😂 you kind of cheating here. It won't be the same in race conditions

No studs at the race. Not cheating here at all... the ground is frozen solid. Layer of leaves and underbrush on top, but it's full ice below. Studs come off as soon as frost isn't in the ground.
