From my point of view, IEP Town is best.
1) Wide roads
2) Big Parks
3) No low size plot. The minimum plot size is 10 marla. 1 kanal and 2 kanal. Big houses
4) Location( Defense road, Velencia town, College road)
5) Among many societies like DHA rahber, Neskpak, UET, NFC phase 1, Valencia town etc
6) Affordable prices than pak arab
7) Corporative society while Pak arab is private society and has many management issues
8) One benefit of park arab is that Feroz Pur Road near Lahore General Hospital and can be accessed via public transport Metro
