It is suggested please dont buy a plot or house in this society .Management is unable to provide basic needs of residents like, kids school,Pharmacy, GAS is only for formalities residents are unable to use in proper manners with enough pressure. currently 2 marts are functional, no fast-food outlets are available as described in video. before constructions MacDonald's also have been shifted from here to central park Main Gate. security is also not up to the mark.

I have been living here for 2 years and they haven't provided any promised facility. For every facility we have to go central park society which is very well developed and has almost everything and has less monthly charges. They are taking 4200 monthly and providing nothing. Management is not approachable and they have few homeopathic people as staff who respond nothing.
It feels like we are giving them monthly rent. They are just working on their own businesses like spice arina and petrol pump and we pay for their security.
They installed a very expensive gas system from the old SNGPL pipelines. Even with expensive gas pressure is very low and most of the time gas is not available. Think before buying.
