I had problems arming the motors after I re-calibrated the transmitter. I can now arm the motors with both sticks in their mid-position and pushed in to the centre (L/H stick to the right, R/H Stick to the left). I do get a dead spot at 50% throttle, but I had that before, so I can live with that. Best to get a DJI Multi-rotor craft. I have an F550 and that is so much better than the Nova. I only got the Nova to use it to check wind levels high up after nearly losing the F550 when the wind at 150 Ft sent it zooming off towards the horizon. It is better to lose a piece of shit than to lose a work of art.

after suffering the not unlocking problem i did this and it did seem to fix it.
but i then needed to do it every time i unplugged the drone. i found a lot of the time just flicking the swb switch to 1 then back to 0 does the job as well.
still not right though

maybe I am wrong but what you are doing is not throttle calibration just transmitter calibration and does not need the cx-20 to be powered just radio

After that procedure (a few times)my cx-20 still cant arm motors. Mission planer looking good initial setup, ESC calibratio looking good and working throttle at this procedure but after switch on i cant arm motors

I ha've a problem I follow all the steps and the motors arm but it starts more than the middle stick ... do you know why the engine starts so late at throttle stick?

Repeat the procedure and be sure all the trims are in the middle. Is it Big Fly Shark or APM? Have you installed any new versions of the software?

Cheerson Hobby Tech nothing installed... only take out from the box. all the trims are on the middle. it's flyshark version.
do you think I need to calibrate the esc? how can I do it

I have a problem with my cheerson: when i connect it to APM it says "pre arm check: compass not calibrated" so it doesn't arm the motors, i tried to disable the pre arm check and in this way i can arm the motors and fly the drone. Is there any way to keep the pre arm check and fly the drone?

If it is APM version, it may take over one minute sometimes. Otherwise remove the top cover and check is the receiver's light is on.

Suggest you to unplug the wires to your receiver and plug them back and see if it helps.

I do it but doesn't help. start once but when i took out battery and took it back doesn't work again.
