Hi sir, could you clarify my doubt. I have 6ft columns, 3 ft ssm and 3 ft plinth beam, no retaining wall . If my adjustment side plot owners dig for their house, will my compound will break or my building will have any cracks?..pls advice

I mean footing pedastal coloumn and plinth beam

For G+3 construction on 30×50 plot in bangalore... soil test 190kN/m2 in 6ft... Is SSM mandatory even if plinth hight is 1.5ft from Road level? Or PCC will be enough?
