In Hindi it is shubh prabhat for good morning and in haryana it is RAM RAM(Ram is hindu god) and in mathura its radhe radhe(radha is goddess of love) so in india u will find people saying god's name for wishing u good morning and for good night it is Shubh ratri .. idk about good evening and good afternoon

Yes,In India when you meet someone you can use Namste instead of good morning or good night OR you can use greetings related to your state or religion
