Jimmy, that Orion cooker does a good job of fast cooking. I have the Orion bullet smoker. It cooks a little slower, but still fast compared to other bullet smokers, and it has put out some very good cooked meats for me. Those ribs look delicious! I've had one for a few years now. Works great! With the hangers you can fit 6 racks of pork ribs, done and good in an hour and 15 minutes. With the racks you can do three large pork butts at once. It also includes a poultry stand and you can cook a whole turkey in a couple of hours. The only downside is the amount of charcoal each cook uses, so I only use it for large cooks. The only other negative is using it if it's windy outside. It messes with your cook times, so I used a scrap of metal roofing to make a wind screen to put around it.

Josh both are pretty much set it and forget it type smokers. I can put butts on the Orion and only come back to it once to stir/add charcoal. I have used the pit barrel for more different things. If I had to make a choice between the two I would have to go with the Pit barrel for that reason.

What is your thoughts on the Orion cooker vs the pit barrel smoker?

Look at 5:25 shows time but more importantly temp !
