Virtual World Globe In PowerPoint
PowerPoint (PPT) is a widely used presentation software developed by Microsoft for making & delivering the public message through graphics, voice, text etc. It allows users to create visually engaging slideshows for various purposes, including business meetings, educational lectures, and personal projects. Templates preferably pre-designed templates or create own design/ layout for better display. You can keep single design slide or different designs/ layout to suit your titles, text, images, and multimedia for the delivery the message. Text Inserting, images placement, voice audio or Multimedia videos, animations are more suitable for enhancing the value of the message delivery. Charts and Tables make the presentation more understandable and easy. Different themes, design Tools: Use design ideas, color schemes, and fonts to enhance visual appeal. Transitions and Animations: Transitions add effects between slides or the start of a slide or ending slide. Animated text, images, and other elements to emphasize key points. Slide Show Mode View full-screen fives good view plus Slide Navigation, shortcuts or a remote to navigate through slides.
Following tips are important in this video:-
Shapes i.e. a Rectangle & Circle shapes were used from shapes box of the presentation & later on the shape (circle) were turned in to spherical & transparent to show the globe. Top & bottom bevel were chosen as round with the sphere angle feed 252. The formula used is Size of the circle/ shape X 36 = spherical shape (7*36=252). The spherical was also added under material clear for creating more transparency.
The world maps were kept behind it with the animation, applied on it was fly-out animation under exit. World map added fly out animation & the same animation were then turned from left to right. Then the maps were duplicated with the same animation and a delay of 4 seconds were added for better outlook.
Next the left side already duplicated maps once again duplicated (4 maps) were dragged to the other side of the slide. Their direction were change from right to left and both maps were about 75 to 85 % dim so the globe may seems as near side and far away/ back side of the globe.
