I'd love to try one. ❤
I have a Gibson Les Paul Gold Top Epiphone 1956 Remake. Beautiful guitar looks, just like Slash's, & Jerry Cantrell's Guitar he plays, in the song Voices. I am new to playing electric guitar.

@@BaronVonSchnarffler this is a Guitar Center video, at guitar center the amp is $2799.00. If it was made overseas like many things are these days, sure, it would be less expensive. But we insist on making these in Lake Elsinore, California, employing US workers that are skilled and build with a passion for guitar tone. Hope that makes sense!

Nobody does gear demos anywhere near as good as Pete Thorn.

I bought this amp the day it was released. It's a fantastic British style amp with a great clean tone!!! Dont let the 15 watts fool you. It's loud enough to play with a full band...

Too rich for my blood, but yeah, sounds like a perfect iteration of a concept that others have been dabbling in

REALLY COOL STORY ABOUT JOHN SUHR!!!!!!!!!!! I learned a REALLY LONG TIME AGO, that attention to detail is the key to the difference between average and EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!!!!... And, that goes for pretty much EVERYTHING IN LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! It became clear to me about playing songs, but it also ABSOLUTELY APPLIES to LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE, INCLUDING creating, making, building, or just BEING 😸😸😸😺!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn that amp sounds good! Closest I've heard to my classic Boogie Mark IV..that never leaves the house now. 😎

Can confirm, I have one I got from GC and it's amazing. Make sure to get the matching 2x12 cab for best results!

I love the first crunch sound and those 63 pickups sound awesome! And the Thornbucker is great in the two positions! I already have your IRS from Two Notes and use the 2x12 you had there for my main sound.

I had the same experience with my suhr classic pro s. Got shipped from half way across the US, and was in tune when i got it. Its tough to get out of tune

I’m an absolute believer in the Suhr pt15ir. I’ve played everything from small clubs, to a modest sized 700 seat amphitheater… and it sounds just as great whether coming out direct through my personal PA system, or FOH at the large venue. Can’t say enough great things.

I have this amp and almost never bring a speaker cabinet to gigs , just straight into a a Qsc 12.2 monitor. Give the sound man a line off the monitor . Instant rocknroll perfection. It’s like having a massive wall of speaker cabinets in your pocket! My load in for a gig is minimal but by tone is incredible!!!

I used to gig with a Peavy Heritage running at 30W (two 6L6s in triode mode) and it was fine, but the stock Scorpion speakars weren't very efficient. 15W would be fine with the right speakers i.e. H magnet types and not with a high-end damping wide cloth dust cover.

The amp is surely awesome if you really want to spend that much on a top quality tube amp, but the sound of a speaker cab is 99% the depth, volume and how open is the back. I'd get a Harley Benton unloaded slant G212+ cab and put a Weber 30W or 100W (aluminum voice coil) Pre-Rola doped 1230-55 up top and whatever cheap 75Hz cone speaker on bottom for some more 2~3kHz. A Celesion V-type would be nice. That would be a very full sounding balanced 2x12, and you can remove any of the three rear panels for the sound you want.

Suhr forget to add a mids control on the clean channel. C'mon. The price is an offense to the musician and last but not least Pete's hair is horrible.
