Looks great. I will keep this addon in mind when I make water scenes.
Is there a way to make the water look like it stretches to the horizon, without just making it really big, so that it does not overload my computer?
Well, you can add a new cube, give the shape you want and add the water material, but foam won't work, because foam works with Geometry Nodes.
Can I scale it for bigger scene, while keeping the settings, like wave scale etc.?
In material properties you can Scale the waves, caustics, foam, etc, adapt the shader to your needs

what graphics card do u use
I use a 1080 GTX, Ryzen 7 5800x
I think i need heavy matchine for this becouse this looks super cool dude ❤
when i press add a water cube my blender crash..
Try to add It when your viewport is in solid mode, not in render preview
@ I tried both, also tried to add terrains, but have the same problem(
